Archives - Estates
The Fotostiftung Schweiz administrates the archives and estates of numerous photographers and looks after their copyrights. The estates consist of more or less complete negative archives, original prints, contact prints, publication items and documents. Some of the archives have already been edited and shown in exhibitions and publications, for example those of Hans Baumgartner, Walter Bosshard, Kurt Blum, Gertrud Dübi-Müller, Henriette Grindat, Martin Imboden, Hans Peter Klauser, Herbert Matter, Gotthard Schuh, Emil Schulthess and Hans Staub. Other estates have been only partially treated or not at all. They are, however, available for study purposes and specific research projects.
